Kuersten Construction is a family owned and operated company based out of Rifle, Colorado since 1999. While the company has grown and changed over the past decade, our commitment to providing clients with a safe, quality project delivered with honesty and integrity from the Kuersten Team has remained steadfast. In a testament to this philosophy, we are proud to have many clients as repeat customers.

All About Us

Over the past 25 years, Kuersten Construction has grown into one of the leading contractors in Western Colorado. With experience in all types of construction, including large-scale excavation, utilities, concrete, commercial construction, development and construction of affordable housing, as well as oil & gas construction and maintenance.

While the company has experienced tremendous growth over the past few years, we take pride in knowing employees by first name and having an open-door policy around the office. Every year, within the community, the company is involved with local organizations (school districts, Habitat for Humanity, County Fair/4-H, and Veterans) by donating our resources and materials to various projects.

Safety First

The variation in project type demands diverse and multi-talented capabilities from within the company. Our positive "can-do" attitude keeps projects on schedule, within budget and safe.

Project safety starts with a Safety Committee that includes the company owner, project superintendent and other key individuals who bring experience and knowledge needed to create a project specific safety plan.
